Overview of the Day-Retreat

Suitable for anyone seeking to connect with themselves, whether you are single, have recently been through a breakup, or simply desire to deepen current relationships - this retreat will help you feel grounded and provide you with tools to integrate into your day-to-day life.

Rediscover the joy of self-love and mindfulness

A date with myself is an act of self-love, encompassing the attention and care one typically expects from a partner.

Whether it's the simple gesture of buying flowers, going out, reassuring oneself, or expressing love through a hug, these actions form a crucial foundation for building a healthy relationship with oneself and others.

A journey of self-discovery and care

In the pursuit of an ideal relationship, we often neglect our own needs and lose sight of our role within a partnership. It's common to find ourselves giving too much and receiving too little, leading to a sense of unfulfillment in various aspects of life, whether it be in our roles as a partner, parent, or leader.

A Day to Nurture You

A date with myself is a deliberate act of self-care, allowing you to be present for your own needs before extending that support to others. It is a reminder of the importance of taking care of yourself so that you can, in turn, be there for others.

Through this introspective journey, discover how supporting yourself lays the foundation for supporting those around you.

"Nitima and Karuna are masters of their craft and put together a balanced, comprehensive, and life changing program. And they are both so generous and caring! The combination of meditation, creative work, Buddhist philosophy and therapy was beyond anything I could have hoped for. I HIGHLY recommend doing a retreat with Nitima and Karuna and Akanista Holistic Wellbeing."

"I had the privilege and honour to attend a Mindfulness Meditation retreat organised by Akanista. The hosts, Nitima and Karuna, are genuinely the nicest people I have the pleasure to meet. They will go out of their way to make sure you get the most out of your time at the retreat and will do whatever it takes to make your feel comfortable. This retreat was a life changing experience for me personally! If I could, I'd give 10 out of 10 to Akanista for this amazing retreat, and would highly recommend it to everyone."
